Ask Amanda: The Top 5 Home Seller Questions

Hi! Welcome back. I'm assuming if you're here - you must have some interest in home selling tips, so that's what we've put together for you! I have even included local facts for my Union County followers. Not in Union County? Interested in Anson, Stanly, Cabarrus, Mecklenburg, or another county - find out more about your specific market here.

Home selling doesn't have to be scary. That's why I'm here to guide you.

According to the Charlotte Observer, "The latest report on the Charlotte real estate market again shows signs that the community’s hot market is starting to cool off. Local real estate experts say the latest numbers from RE/MAX’s National Housing Report indicate the Charlotte market may be moving further towards balance, a source of relief for prospective homebuyers who for months have faced a competitive seller’s market. Still, the numbers show, it remains more expensive to buy a home in Charlotte now for most than just a year ago."

Well, what does all this mean for you? It means it's still a great time to capitalize on the home prices that are still holding higher than they were just a year ago.

Ready to talk about your real estate goals?

Make it a great week, my friend!
